Great product, great customer care!
My brother and I had decided that we would treat ourselves to an Arcade Machine when we moved into our new house shortly before Christmas. We had done some research and saw a few offerings from larger and smaller firms alike.

Arcadecity stood out with an easy to use website, various size/colour/customisation options and a live chat which seemed to be permanently available for questions which were answered quickly and with detail and care. No outsourced customer service here, Alex was to hand.

We decided to buy and went for a well specced machine, firing off a few more questions to Alex before finally ordering just before the Christmas shut down. Whilst we waited the 3-4 weeks (bearing in mind the machine was made to order and there was the festive season included in this timescale) Alex sent us some pictures/videos of the build and it was nice to see what happens behind the scenes.

The machine arrived and looked spectacular, a quality product. The graphics we chose (Gauntlet) were vibrant and the lighting also looked fantastic. The whole lights/sounds/joystick experience really elevates the games compared to playing on a console.

We did have a couple of bits of damage to the machine, which became visible to the naked eye the day after delivery (a Sunday). I sent Alex a message to inform him as soon as I could, not expecting a reply, but he got back to me almost straight away with options to resolve the issues. Issues which lets face it, were not his own error, but those of the courier firm. Alex assures me this is not a regular occurance and that this particular courier will not be used again.

We have only had it a week but VERY pleased and the business is obviously one which is looking for happy customers rather than maximum profit and corner cutting. I still speak to Alex and he has as much time for me post sale as he did pre sale and that to me is really valuable, too many companies don’t want to know once they’ve had your cash!

Arcade City… Star Wars Arcade Machine Order
I ordered an arcade machine for Christmas and it was delivered when promised. The machine itself exceeded my expectations – the build quality is excellent. Customer service is where this company meets the five star mark, and Alex’s willingness to help (via email and live chat) sets them apart from many other companies. Well done them, I will be ordering again no doubt.

Super cool wall hung arcade machine – excellent online experience
Just bought a super cool white & black wall mounted arcade machine from this company. It was delivered very well packaged, exactly on the day I was told it would arrive. Clear and accurate instructions for mounting on the wall. Excellent communication with Alex all the way through. He also tested some of the games I asked him to, just to double check that they worked. I also believe he’ll be available directly for any support in the future. This has to be one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had.

brilliant machine
My Street fighter artwork cabinet (3000 game) arcade machine. What can I say looks exactly as in the pictures on the site. 27inch screen great size – packed with retro games. The customer Service from the first moment from Alex was brilliant. If you are thinking of getting yourself a machine look no further. Communication re delivery with the courier was also first class delivered before Christmas absolute bonus. People that have seen pictures and videos are in aww either want to play it or own one ha. 70s 80s and some 90s games.

Had a small issue however after speaking with Alex he soon sorted it out and showed me how to change and add games.

This is going to be best gift for someone or to yourself you wont regret it. very happy customer

Excellent unrivalled customer service from Alex every question I had was answered almost strait away. Was delivered when they said it would be they sent me photos of it being built during the process.
Nothing was too much trouble order from arcade city in the knowledge you’ll be looked after.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My unit had sustained minor internal damage most likely due to the long transportation to sweden, but a replacement part was quickly sent out and I now enjoy my beautiful Star Wars themed Bartop machine whenever I get the opportunity. Keep up the good work!

They can be trusted – fast, friendly and thoroughly recommended
I was worried because I had read about scams relating to Hyperspin drives (as mentioned on the front page of the official Hyper Spin FE website). However, after doing lots of searching and reading about who can be trusted, I discovered Arcade City UK. I purchased a drive and it arrived the very next day. It was exactly what I hoped it would be. I chatted with Alex online both before and after my purchase and I can thoroughly recommend them. I now intend to save up and buy an arcade cabinet from them!
